Aloe vera extract proves to be an effective way to kill oral bacteria. It works similar to mouthwashes you can find in pharmacies and supermarkets. The positive side is that aloe vera is natural, containing vitamins that improve the condition of teeth and the gums. It can also help with other conditions such as gingivitis, making it a versatile choice.

Aloe vera helps aid digestion and can clear the bowels, like a laxative. It can also relieve symptoms of constipation and stomach ache. However, be sparing to avoid upsetting the digestive system even more. It’s also shown to help with heartburn and to reduce other symptoms and ease digestion problems.

Inhibits Bacteria

Aloe vera shows antibacterial properties, which can help reduce the chance of infections. This is mainly due to the antioxidants it contains that are known as polyphenols.
